This keto strawberry cheesecake smoothie is the perfect treat to satisfy your cravings! You’ll love this smoothie for how tasty and refreshing it is!

To kick off the keto recipes I thought I’d start with an after dinner dessert! I don’t know about you but pretty much within the first day of keto I notice a huge sugar crash! I have low energy, I’m tired and I’m cranky! I’m not a believer in suffering through a diet. If you allow yourself small amounts of what you want I think a diet will then become more of a lifestyle.
For this smoothie I didn’t add my Vega One vanilla protein powder or my Nutiva super seed blend which includes chia seeds, flax and hemp. Adding these would turn this desert into a great meal replacement but tonight I had this smoothie for my after dinner dessert. Also you could add MCT oil powder which is a great additive to any drink. Another great option for this smoothie is you could use blueberries, blackberries, raspberries or mix them all!
